Outlook and MSN

I use Outlook 2002 and MSN with Qwest is my service. My provider has changed from a pop3 server to HTTP. I need to either use MSN mail and import my pst from Outlook or I need to set up the Outlook (and Outlook connector) so I can send and receive mail. I can receive but I can't send messages with attachments. MSN mail has a folder for files on my computer but when I do the import feature it does not give me outlook or outlook connector as an option.
