Does anyone know how to set up Outlook to use Mercury/32 as its server?

You set up an Mail Account through the account manager. Your Incoming Mail will be the IP Address/Internet Domain Name of the server hosting Mercury/32 Mail. Same with your Outgoing Mail. You will have to set up password authentication for the user accounts you are linking to.
