Have a customer who uses outlook's contacts to dial out, this function works ok, however when they recieve incoming calls from people in their outlook contacts the system doesnt recognise them, an ideas, should this actually happen?

Outlook 2000 or higher must be installed to enabled these functions. Outlook Express is not supported. Phone Manager Pro only.
Chech that the option has been ticked in phone manager's preferences to "POP OUTLOOK" for incomming external calls

another engineer mentioned this to me, the manager is the one running in conjunction with the 3.2 (53) manager, ive checked for this pop outlook settings but I cant find it under prefrences? does this setting even exist on the newer phone managers now? they are running pro

ipstanding, can you go into more detail with this prefix number?

Do you have a 9 or 91 as the prefix under the options of the lines on the IPO itself? or it may even be some other number.

The "Pop Outlook" setting still exist in Phone Manager Pro. Just checked with 3.2 30. In preferences under the tab "Screen Pop
