OUTLOOK and DESKTOP MESSAGING

Using CP's DTM w/ Outlook 2003.
Messages stored in Outlook are read via PDA devices.

Now w/ DTM, voicemail messages are already being heard on the same PDA device.

The problem is, when Outlook is not running, or if the PC is not turned on, DTM will not work. User is still able to get email but no vmail.

Any suggestions.

That is how it works using your setup. You need to setup a mesaage forwarding rule to send messages to your PDA. Works great!

Setup message notification in mailbox to call your cell phone. All or just urgent messages.
