Outlook and custom form troubles in metaframe xp

We are bring an addition citrix server online. We use a custom form provided by a vender with in our outlook application used to listen to voice mails. The problem that we are running into is that the form will open, but when we try to run play the voice mail. I have this working on another server, but the problem is i don't remember what the fix was. I am thinking it has something to do with the frmcache.dat.

If anyone has any hints please let me know.
