Outlook & more then one session

Greetings all,

I use a group account with Outlook 2003 and while I can access both my personal and group accounts on the one session anything sent from my personal account goes into the group sent folder. Same for deletions. Also, none of my personal account calendar reminders appear so I have to have them set up on the group calendar thereby crowding it and showing appointments I'd just soon keep private. Or code it I suppose.

Is it possible to open two sessions of Outlook, one for the group (and mine, if needed) and a second session for just my personal account?
