I have some laptops that use PST files so they can work offline. Within Outlook there is an option to download the address book. When the address book is downloaded where does it reside? Is there a specific file name?

When you download the Address Book 5 files are created/updated ... these are:

anrdex.oab
browse.oab
details.oab
rdndex.oab
tmplts.oab

Here these files reside in C:\Exchange. Not sure if this is the default location.
