OUTLOOK active X error

I am sending out html with flash embedded in the emails.
Some people are getting an active X error message in outlook and others are not. Has anyone had this same problem?

This might help some of you! Seems to be possible failures of all this depending on which platforms, browsers and e-mail programs are used, but I just tested this on a PC, with Windows98 and Outlook Express, and it works just fine... So please don't come back yelling at me if some friend of your's, on a old Mac, using an early version of the AOL browser and Eudora, can't see your movie. Just then tell him to upgrade!
