Outlook/ACT problems "the installed version of outlook...

i am getting this message "the installed version of Outlook is not supported. Please upgrade..." Now i found the help file that was posted in another thread here (the one i have below)..in the ACT Knowledge Base.

The registry file it is talking about is not there in my registry. it says to find 0006F03A - there is a 0006F02A but not the specific one it mentions. Can someone help??

ok...i have figured that problem out, so can anyone help me with this...

when ACT closes i get this error message...

0x7c91e9c9 referenced memory at 0x01510030...memory could not be read

anybody have any ideas?
