Missing 'Send and Recieve Icon' on tool bar. How do I get it back?

Go to View ... Toolbars...Customize Click the Commands Tab and look for Send & Receive. When you find it click and drag to your toolbar.<br>

Are you <i>sure</i> that you aren't in &quot;work offline&quot; mode? (I know this sounds stupind; but I can guess that that could cause such a problem.)<br>

Thanks for all the help. I just went ahead and reinstalled. Everything is AOK.
