Outlook 98 Trying to open additional inboxes

Hi all. I've got a problem with Outlook 98. I'm trying to open an additional mailbox for my profile. when I click the "add" button, it tells me "name cannot be resolved" and doesn't allow me to do anything else. I thought maybe it was trying to resolve my username, but that's not it.
