Hello everyone. Well i think i have finally met my match when it came to this Error. So here we go!! I have a client running windows 98 with outlook 98 on it dialing in to a Ras server on windows 2000 server. connection is clean and work very well but when i click Synchronize this is where thing go wrong. this is the Error msg i get:

14:41:50 Synchronizing Mailbox 'Michael Guth'
14:41:51 Synchronizing Hierarchy
14:41:53 2 folder(s) updated in online store
14:41:54 Synchronizing Favorites
14:41:54 Synchronizing Folder 'Inbox'
14:41:58 1 item(s) updated in online folder
14:41:58 2 item(s) changed read-state in online folder
14:41:58 1 view(s)/form(s) updated in online folder
14:42:02 2 item(s) added to offline folder
14:42:02 Synchronizing Folder 'Outbox'
14:42:09 1 item(s) deleted in online folder
14:42:09 Synchronizing Folder 'Sent Items'
14:42:09 Terminated in error
14:42:09 [8004010E-30141301-0-310]
14:42:09 Microsoft Outlook Offline Folders

Now i looked up the 8004010E with microsoft it means according to oulook 98 that the computer is out of resources... SO not true. the rest of the number are the position in the code at which the error occured. If anyone know anything about this it would be much appricated if you could let me know any fix or any information anyone may have.

Thanks a million

Sounds like one or the other copies of the Sent items folders are corrupted. I am assuming this is Exchange? If so, it is probably the remote PC's folder. If is not Exchange and you are syncing with another .pst folder or .oft then try the pst folder scanner:scanpst.exe to check for problems in one or both files.
It is usually in "C:\Program Files\Common Files\system\Mapi\1033\95\SCANPST.EXE"
