Outlook 98 or 2000 Address book

Does anyone know of any method or software package that will allow me to print my Outlook adddress book say in A5 format such that it can be filed in some sort of address book

You can actually open the *.PAB(Address Book) file using Microsoft Word. It does not format very nicely, but you could make all the changes you need.
