Outlook 98 (Large/Small Icons)

I am trying to find the location of the large/small icons in Outlook 98. I have designed a custom contact form and I would like to set the small icon to be the default contacts icon. I have the large icon, but I cannot locate the small icon.

Will I have to take the large contact icon and change it to a small icon and, if so, what tool can I use?

The icon you seek is probably part of the .ico file you already have. Often an .ico file contains several icons of various sizes.
My icon editor of choice is Microangelo, Here is Cnet's info regarding Microangelo:
