OUtlook 98 corporate or workgroup e-mail

I have a user I upgraded from outlook 97 to outlook 98. All seemed well, until he found that "contacts" was not showing in the address drop-down list. I have attempted to go to properties of contacts and select show as an address book, but it is grayed out. I have attempted several uninstall and reinstalls, all ending in an error installing corporate or workgroup e-mail. Any assistance?

Try adding outlook address book as one of the services thru the control panel /mail and fax icon

The Outlook address book shows, but the contacts do not.

Go to Folder List
Right click on contacts
Properties
Outlook Address tab
Click on box to add to address lists
