I am trying to install my applications icon into my outlook bar. When i am using windows NT and i can easily drag and drop from all the usual places...however when i am using windows98 no joy whatsoever and yet i can install folders and directories into the bar....i have the computers revved upto the max on all service packs...i realise this is a standard win98 problem...what am i not doing????
