Outlook 98 Automation problem

I have a program that uses Outlook automation to send e-mails generated from a Access database.

It works fine with Outlook 97, but a problem appears when using Outlook 98. The programs brings up a dialog, where it promts the user that another program is trying to send an email through VB and asks the user if this is OK. Then you have to manually click YES in order to proceed.

Is there a way to automate this?
