Outlook 97 Win95 kernel32.dll

Under Win95, Outlook 97 (SR-1 and SR-2 installed) causes a page fault in kernel32.dll, but only when I attempt to access disk folders in the Outlook bar. Other Outlook functions OK and folders accessible normally via Explorer. PC has an AMD-K6-2 processor and 128 MB RAM. Have not found anything helpful in MS knowledge base. Problem also occurs when in Safe mode.
