Hi all,
In a collegue's Outlook 97 via Citrix (connected to an Exchange 2000 server), there's this rule. The rule moves a copy of every sent mail to a shared mailbox he has added to his Folder List. The first time he does this, it works fine; the mail gets send and a copy arrives at the desired Inbox. The second and further attempts fail. First he receives an error "Error in rules" with the rule shown. When you click the error away and open the Wizard Rules, it shows without a tag. When you tag the rule, it states the rule is incomplete. The rule is indeed incomplete, because the name of the folder where the message should be copied to, is gone (now states the default underlined "folder").
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
