Outlook 97 on windows Nt 4.0

Help,<br>
I get the following message on some of my nt workstations, but not all.<br>
The program is not regitered properly. Please run setup again. Make sure the path and file name are correct.<br>

I have installed it as the local administrator and as the domain admin, i still get this message. but on other machines it works fine when the user logs in and double clicks on the outlook icon. <br>
ready to pull my hair out over this one, all of the permissions are identical on both machines and the files are installed in the same directories and in the all users profile as well. any help would be appreaciated.

I have received a similar problem, what worked for me was a complete uninstall of all mail programs, whether they are being used or not, and then a re-install of Outlook97.<br>
