I have three clients who when trying to log onto the Exchange server using Outlook 97 it prompt them for a user name/domain name and password. These clients names resolved when outlook was setup on their systems, but now won't let them in at all. Nothing they type in the blocks allows them into their mail. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to resolve this issue?

First, what version of Exchange server are you using? Second, have you verified that there user information is still active on Exchange server?

Keep us posted! Chuck

I'm using Exchange Server 5.5 with the latest service pack. Clients are using the Outlook shipped with Echange. All three users information to include domain account information is current and correct. Thanks for the quick come back.

Sorry, the fix I had was for a windows NT machine connected to the Exchange server. I would go back and make sure their mail boxes still exist in the server then check and see if their username and password is case sensitive.

Sorry I couldnt help more. Chuck
