The mailbox is on a remote server (our parent company's - Exchange). The personal mailbox is on our own server. The services are set up to deliver new messages to the personal mailbox.
Mail is delivered pretty quick to the mailbox at the remote site, but can take up to an hour to get delivered to the personal mailboxes. Now, I know you can hit F5 to check for new mail, but I have a user who wants her mail delivered faster, without hiting any keys. I found some info about the internet delivery option, but we don't have that tab (we are connecting directly through a router).

Is there a way to get the mail here faster? Do I need to install the addin for the Internet mail tab - will that work in this situation? Thanks for your help.
