Hi, We are having problems autoarchiving mail items. It fails on mail with attachments. Even trying to drag the items off the mailbox kicks up a "unable to move item"-style message. I've tried Technet and there are articles which blame the mailbox size as the issue (Q250891). We have reduced mailbox content for the affected users (sometimes drastically) but autoarchive still won't work, despite Microsoft's assertion that this is a solution. Giving the user more mailbox space is not an option - they would just fill that up as well. Does anyone know what would cause the continuation of autoarchive failure even after the user reduces the volume of mailbox items?
