Im looking for the setting to keep messages on server after reading. I have 2 pcs, when I read email on one, its gone from server when I open Outlook on other pc.
tools > EMail Accounts > View or change existing account > next > select the account and click change > select more settings > select the advanced tab > under delivery check the box to 'leave a copy of messages on the server > OK > finish
