We run Outlook 2002 on WinXP machines through Exchange 2003 on a Windows 2003 standard server. We schedule appointments in Outlook Calendar using a custom form whcih includes the user defined field "Client Name." I can open Advanced Find and run a search using this field, but when I save the search and reopen it, the field appears as " When I remove the field from the Criteria list, it disappears. I have set up full text indexing per Microsoft KBA 319436, but I still can't save the search with the field intact.
