I have a client who is having a rather peculiar problem. We run Outlook 2000 with an Exchange 5.5 server. She, occasionally, cannot send an e-mail without first saving it as a draft. This problem hits fairly often (several times a day), but not constantly. She can receive mail both internally and externally, without a hitch. Sending it is the issue. I have no idea of what's going on, does anyone out there have a hunch?

Thanks,

Since the Client is running Outlook 2000, i would got the start menu -> settinge -> control panel -> add/remove programs -> and select outlook/office 2000
when it starts up, click on the repair option. Wait for the repair to finish. I have found that the repair option corrects a large number of odd things. [sig][/sig]
