outlook 2k calendar xp - Daylight savings time - appts shift

We use Office 2k and Outlook with Exchange 2k for email and calendaring.

most staff have win 2k, but a few have xp. After Daylight Savings Time, the appointments on the staff calendars for the staff who have xp all shifted by one hour.

I have done some research on Microsoft's web site; they say this is "By Design".

Anyone here encounter this and/or find a solution?
