Outlook 2K calendar sync problem

One system, a IBM think pad running win 2k and office 2k (remote user) has a problem with the calendar sync with resources. That is when the usrer starts a meeting and assigns it to a room (resource) his system does not see the meeting set in the resource. The resource is set to auto ans meetings. We are running exchange 5.5 on NT4.0 all SP are up to date. All other system work OK...

There are no known problems with this system.
