Outlook 2016 - Import & Assigning Tasks 1

Hi - Using Outlook 2016

We are importing a significant number of individual tasks via a csv import file.

Is it possible within the import process to assign a "single" person to each task?

Or is it possible to do a bulk assignment to a single person once the tasks have been imported? Right clicking on each task allows for assignment of task at an individual task by task process but when multiple tasks are selected the option of assign a person isn't present.
