Outlook 2013

Has anyone had any issue installing Unified Messaging on a PC which is running Office 2013? BCM50 6.0 and loaded all the current patches on the system. The application installs but we never receive and fax or voicemail messages in the inbox.
Outgoing faxes work perfectly well (although when you ask it to provide notification that the fax was sent, nothing is received).

Incoming faxes on PC show the fax coming in with a box in the lower right corner (just as you get when an email is received). But it does not appear in any mailbox that I have found.


Any ideas?

On the very latest desktop update 4 for BCM release 6 it shows:
Outlook 2013 is not supported.
Outlook 2010 only supported if you installed the 32 bit version. (Also best if you are not using the click to run installed version)

Try the PBX 5.0 version. It will work on the BCM. I hve had to send this to customers to get their new PC's to work on the UM.

Cook1082---sorry what do you mean PBX 5.0 version? Like the UM sw from the 5.0? Also you got the fax messaging to work on Outlook 2013 with this? Thanks
