Brand new laptop, with Office 2013 Professional Plus. I was able bring over all my outlook data with .pst files. However if I delete a mail item, it does not show up in the deleted items folder, and if I send an item, it does not show up in the sent items folder.
Under File, Options, Mail, I have selected to checkbox to save sent items in the sent items folder.
This is driving me nuts. Is there some special I need to do with Outlook 2013? I googled this issue and have not found an answer. Any insight appreciated.
