Outlook 2013 New DM Program

I was so excited to get the new revision and then then this is so strange what happened.

I finally got the new revision from Avaya for the DM that will finally work with Outlook 2013. It installs ok and even sends the messages just like it use to, has a few more features, etc.. The strange thing is that when I click on the attachment in Outlook for the WAV file to play on my PC it will play it, then the player dissapears after about 5 seconds and then when you go back to play it again it is like the WAV file is deleted and all I get is an Outlook error saying I should close and reopen Outlook.

I also notice that the MWI on my set is no longer lit and that the message is no longer NEW it is now OLD. Any one have any idea what might be going on? Maybe this is connected to the message being changed to OLD?

One more interesting thing I noticed is that when a message is in the Outlook IN Box and I listen to a voice mail message on my handset and then delete it, the message is automatically deleted from my Outlook IN BOX. Outlook has also just reported that the ADD INS for Call Pilot were to slow and have been automatically disabled by Outlook, Outlook says that I can keep them activated but then locks up when I do this.

You maybe running incompatible stuff?

I just reloaded everything and a message was delivered to the OL INBOX I was able to open it up in the CP player and it played and then the player dissapeared. I clicked on the message again and got this error from OL:
"Sorry we're having trouble opening this item. This could be temporary, but if you see if again you might want to restart Outlook"

My OL Add-Ins for CP-150 have also been disabled by OL. These are CP Extensions. When I try to ENABLE them I get an OL error and then OL locks up.

I have never had these problems in the past with any other version of DM and OL until 2013. Any suggestions? Thank you!
