When sending out a meeting invitation, there's 3 options for accepting:
1. Edit response before sending
2. Send response now
3. Do not send a response

I've learned that when the recipient uses option #3 to respond, they are listed under the Outlook's Tracking section as 'Response' = 'None'. In researching why this may be occurring, I've learned that Outlook will not reflect the user's response when the recipient uses option #3 to reply.

I am wondering if there's any sort of a workaround that would allow me to see that the person has accepted (but did not send back a response).

Thanks in advance for feedback.

You might add a caveat: "No Response" will be deemed as...

...and let them know what no response will be reckoned as.
