Outlook 2013 IMAP - some sent items missing

I have someone using Outlook as mentioned (IMAP to her domain mailbox) and in her Sent Items folder, there are emails up to November 11th, but nothing since then. It's as if she didn't send any emails since that date. She said they were NOT listed in her online (webmail) mailbox either.

Is this a bug or something to do with a setting in Outlook 2013 and/or the way it handles IMAP mailboxes. I know they changed quite a bit in that department.
