Hi,
I know Outlook 2013 and preceding versions have a "Close original message when replying or forwarding" option... but how about when deleting?
As I work through my email each day, many of which contain references to support tickets or links to other external sites to do some work or research, I tend to return to my Inbox, delete the one I've just processed and start on the next unread email; but of course the window for the previous one remains open, which means I have to keep on double-handling emails by going through my open windows and checking whether I have worked on them yet.
Why can't Outlook also close them when deleting (or moving/classifying) messages? Does anyone know of a better way to handle this?
