Hello, just wondering if anyone has run into this problem. We are getting a new Outlook/Exchange environment here. Version is 2010. Some people will get rejections when sending to a person who was just cut over from our notes environment to Outlook. When we check their address book properties, they show as using their local address book from their C drive. We will shutdown Outlook, rename the offline address book and open Outlook. The properties now show for the address book as looking to the server address book. Days later, some of these now point to the C drive local address book again. Any ideas why? Thanks, Todd
