Outlook 2010 not receiving calendar invites in their inbox

Hello, I have one user with an unusual problem. If somebody sends her a meeting invite, she does not receive it in her inbox. It does appear on the sidebar in Outlook, but it never hits her inbox! Using Office 2010, Windows 7. I've done quite a bit of searching on the web, but haven't found any possible explanations/solutions to this problem.

TIA for any/all replies!
 
Just out of curiosity - I really have no idea as to what is causing it - have you tried these?

1. Office Repair
2. Try same user, different PC
3. Creating a new profile, same PC, same user

If not, try those - they fix all sorts of rare random issues with Outlook in particular.

Another thing that has caused issues with some of us where I work is the user's data files / mailboxes... make sure that part is set up correctly as well... and wouldn't hurt trying to add a new one, naming it correctly... see if fixes... then if so, delete the old..
