Outlook 2010 - Not Importing Folders

Hello

I upgraded to Outlook 2010 from Outlook 2003. 2010 imported my calendar items, contacts, for follow up items but none of my inbox folders. For the e-mails that were in my inbox, they also were present from when I was using 2003 version.

I can't see where there is an "import" button so how do I get all my previous e-mails to this new version?
