Hi all,
We have a user who accesses their own email plus a number of other mailboxes using their Outlook 2010. The email lives in Exchange 2003.
Their OST file is some 10GB, which I know is large, but other users do the same without an issue.
This user on a regular basis will click on someone elses mailbox and get the error message "There is not enough memory available to perform the operation"
The PC itself is new, with 2GB of RAM, 320GB Hard Drive and Dual Core Processor. It runs Windows 7 Pro.
Anyone have any ideas what is causing this issue?
Thanks.
