Outlook 2010 No Data displayed

Hi All - New to the forum, was just wondering if anyone has experienced a problem with Livelink v10.0 where Outlook reading pane is completely blank?

As Livelink / Content Server is not by default integrated with Outlook, as it is primarily a web based application, I am not sure. Do have you the Desktop integration components like Explorer / Enterprise Connect installed ?

Hi Greg - Sorry I was not clear in my original post, we have the Desktop Integration component Livelink Explorer installed. Any thoughts?
