Outlook 2010 meeting organizer change

Hello,
I'm handing-off duties to another associate. I have a years worth of meetings in which I am the organizer. I want to change the organizer to the other associate. Is this possible? I have meeting rooms booked and don't want to lose them if I just cancel the meetings.
