I have a friend who set up his email in Outlook 2010 and there is a tab in the Internet Email Settings window (after clicking the More Settings button) titled "Sent Items"
It allows him to save the sent items on the server (which is checked) and his ISP is saying that the server space is filling up.
Problem is, he doesn't know how that setting was created and wonders if he changes it to Save sent items on this computer, will he loose all of the content in Sent Items.
Also there is no setting for leaving a copy of the mail on the server for a period of time in the Advanced tab.
As far as he knows it is a POP3 mail account, not IMAP.
I haven't seen this before so I don't want to steer him wrong
Thanks
