I have a Outlook 2010 Inbox for a user. His personal inbox shows the unread e-mail number next to Inbox however all other Inbox e-mail accounts that he has been given permission through Exchange - Manage Full Access Permission do not.
I've tried doing CTRL+SHIFT+P and that does not do anything.
I was contemplating doing outlook.exe /cleanviews, but am unsure about the consequences as far as folder organization because the user's is very organized.
Another idea was just to re-create a whole Outlook profile, but that's an extreme.
Anyone have some ideas?
