I am using Outlook 2010 with an imap account with send/receive set for every 2 minutes.
No matter what I am doing within outlook, be it looking at the inbox, viewing a message, creating a new message or replying all outlook windows stop responding when the program is doing a send/receive process.
I have googled but not found anything with this problem, after the send/receive is complete outlook comes back and I can continue working.
It's just an annoyance really, when typing a message I can continue to type when it freezes and my words appear when it comes back so I'm not losing anything.
All was fine on 2007, I am on a 70MB download so speed isn't an issue. Is there anything I can do other than set the send/receive period to say 10 minutes so this doesn't happen as often?
Thanks
