When I try to download the OAB from outlook 2010 I get:
error 0X80180194

When I look on the server in the event logs I see Event 9413:OABGen cannot find group metrics information for group '/o=XXNET/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=XX_ALLd3a'. This is normal if the group metrics information of this group has not been generated yet.

I verified the dir has the Exchange Servers group with Read permissions. Also in IIS I made sure Authenticated Users have Read on OAB virtual directory.

The problem could be the result of a corrupted OAB virtual directory.

To "refresh" it in case it is corrupted, do the following:

In the EMC, go to Server -> Client Access and on the right side Action menu choose "Reset Virtual Directories". Run the wizard and reset the OAB virtual directory. Then do an IISRESET, give it some time, and see if the issue persists.
