Outlook 2010 Delegate Access Cannot Remove Mailbox

Hi all,

Outlook 2010 on Exchange Server. A co-worker was given access to someone else's mailbox. Now she no longer supports that person and wants to remove the mailbox. She has tried everything to remove/delete the mailbox. Even the other person who gave her access has removed the permissions, but the mailbox still appears. We tried closing it from a right click but it reappears each time Outlook is opened again.

Anyone got any insight? Many thanks in advance...

Is this done by someone with Admin rights? She doesn't have admin rights. is there anyway she can do it herself?
