I'm exploring different options for sending messages using Outlook 2010. Basically, I need the user to be able to create special messages all day and then send them only when he's attached to my network. However, he still needs to be able to send and receive normal messages throughout the day. I want to avoid macros if possible.
It looks like you should be able to store messages in a particular folder and then use a custom Send/Receive group to send messages found only in this folder. I've tried it on my machine and it doesn't work at all. Is there something that I'm missing or is it just that you can't send from any folder other than the "Outbox"?
Any other suggestions on how to achieve my goal?
