I work for an agency with many other agencies available in the address book in Outlook 2010
When I go in my calendar to: New Appointment – Scheduling Assistant – Add Attendees…, in Address Book drop down list I have all agencies available.
The same situation is when creating a: New E-mail – To… - Address Book (the same Form as above)

But I don’t care / don’t want to have them all, I just want to have my agency available / visible.

I don’t do any business with any other agencies, so it is always a pain to find just mine out of a lot of entries in Address Book.

Have fun.

A bus station is where a bus stops. A train station is where a train stops. On my desk, I have a work station.

For those who want to know how to do it:

In Outlook when you are pointing to your Inbox, in the ribbon in ‘Find’ group, click on ‘Address Book’, then in Tools – Options...
On the bottom of ‘Addressing’ window there is a list ‘When opening the address book, show this address list first’. Just select what you want and next time this entry will be selected by default.

Have fun.
