We've had CP intergrated into outlook for about two years. Most of the time there is no problem with the accounts that us it.
Now that office 2007 is out there it seems that some of our testers are getting MWI on their phones, while others either don't get a light or they get a light but after some messages have been in the box for a while.
I have read that google desktop does have an effect on this system. I've checked and thats not the problem.
Any thought on this.
