Outlook 2007 wont open properly

Hi All

I have a client who is having some issues with his outlook 2007. He is running Vista Business 32bit.

When he opens outlook it comes up with a Microsoft error reporting form and then closes down. In order to get into outlook he has to restart his pc and eventually it works.

I have looked in his application logs and he has the following error:

Faulting application OUTLOOK.exe version 12.0.6316.500 time stamp 0x4833a470 faulting module olmapi32.dll.

Are you sure that both Windows and Office are up to date?
Does he have any plug-ins in Outlook installed that could be causing the issue?
Have you/he tried running Office Repair?
